  • Welcome to TipStrike.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, free content, and paid subscription services. By accessing or using TipStrike.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • 1. Provider Identification

  • 2. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using TipStrike.com, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase a subscription.

  • 3. Disclaimer of Liability

    TipStrike.com provides betting tips, predictions, and statistical data for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any prediction. Betting involves financial risk, and users should wager responsibly. Purchasing a paid subscription grants you access to the same informational/entertainment content; subscribing does not increase the probability of any betting outcome and confers no guarantee of profit, return, or specific result.

  • 4. Age Restriction

    You must be 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use TipStrike.com. By using the site or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • 5. Account Registration

    To purchase a subscription you must register an account using accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are linked to repeated chargebacks.

  • 6. Use of the Website

    You agree not to:

    • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
    • Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.
    • Attempt to disrupt or hack the website's infrastructure.
    • Share, resell, or otherwise make paid content available to non-subscribers.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach.

  • 7. Subscription Plans and Pricing

    TipStrike offers the following plans (prices in USD, exclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax which is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing location):

    The total price, including any applicable taxes, is shown to you on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm payment. We do not currently offer free trials.

  • 8. Payment Processor

    All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited ("Stripe"). When you click a subscription button you are redirected to Stripe Checkout, where you provide your payment details directly to Stripe. We do not receive, see, or store your full card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment data; Stripe is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 and is responsible for the secure processing of your payment. Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) may be required by your bank.

    By initiating payment you also agree to Stripe's terms (stripe.com/legal/consumer) and privacy notice (stripe.com/privacy).

  • 9. Automatic Renewal

    The Monthly subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price using the payment method you provided at Stripe, until you cancel.

    Each renewal is charged in advance and grants access for the corresponding upcoming period.

  • 10. Cancellation

    You may cancel a subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by visiting Account → Subscriptions while logged in, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation:

    • Your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
    • No further charges will be made.
    • Subject to Section 12, no pro-rata refund is provided for the unused portion of the current period.

  • 11. Right of Withdrawal — Express Waiver for Digital Content

    Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, consumers in the European Union and the European Economic Area normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for services without giving any reason.

    However, this right does not apply once performance of the service has fully started, where you have:

    1. given prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period; and
    2. acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

    Before completing checkout you are required to tick a confirmation that:

    "I expressly request that you start providing the subscription content immediately, and I acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once provision begins."

    If you do not consent, do not subscribe. We retain a record (timestamp, IP address, plan) of your consent as evidence.

    If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory laws grant you a non-waivable refund right that overrides the above, those rights are unaffected.

  • 12. Refund Policy

    Because subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content and you expressly waive your withdrawal right at checkout (see Section 11):

    • Subscription fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
    • Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

    Notwithstanding the above, we will refund:

    • Duplicate or fraudulent charges that you can demonstrate.
    • Charges incurred during a documented prolonged service outage attributable to us.
    • Any amount required to be refunded by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

    Refund requests must be sent within 30 days of the charge to office@tipstrike.com.

  • 13. Failed Payments

    If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry over a short period. If all retries fail, the subscription is marked past-due and premium access is revoked. You can update your payment method at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.

  • 14. Price Changes

    We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any change to the price applicable to your existing subscription will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to the new price you may cancel before that renewal at no additional cost.

  • 15. Taxes (VAT / Sales Tax)

    Listed prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax. The correct tax for your billing location is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax and added to the total displayed at checkout. The invoice issued by Stripe contains the tax breakdown.

  • 16. Affiliate Links and Advertising

    TipStrike.com may include affiliate links to third-party betting operators. If you click and make a purchase or place a bet, we may earn a commission. We only promote operators legally licensed in their respective jurisdictions.

    We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or practices of any third-party websites linked from TipStrike.com.

  • 17. Intellectual Property

    All content on TipStrike.com (including text, graphics, logos, icons, predictions, statistical models, and data) is the property of TipStrike.com and protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute content without written permission.

  • 18. Geo-Targeted Content

    Our website may use geolocation technology to tailor content and display licensed betting offers relevant to your location. TipStrike.com does not promote unlicensed operators.

  • 19. No Guarantee of Service

    We strive to keep the website online and updated, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g. Stripe, hosting, data providers), and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice; material changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated by email.

  • 20. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipStrike.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including losses from betting decisions, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability towards you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

    Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law.

  • 21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Article 6 of EU Regulation 593/2008 / Rome I).

  • 22. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution — ANPC and ODR

    Consumers in Romania may submit complaints to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC):

    Consumers anywhere in the European Union may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform:

    We are not obliged to and do not commit in advance to participate in any specific alternative dispute resolution scheme, but we will respond to legitimate complaints in good faith.

  • 23. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email and posted on this page. Continued use of the site or of an active subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
