By accessing and using TipStrike.com, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase a subscription.
TipStrike.com provides betting tips, predictions, and statistical data for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any prediction. Betting involves financial risk, and users should wager responsibly. Purchasing a paid subscription grants you access to the same informational/entertainment content; subscribing does not increase the probability of any betting outcome and confers no guarantee of profit, return, or specific result.
You must be 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use TipStrike.com. By using the site or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To purchase a subscription you must register an account using accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are linked to repeated chargebacks.

The total price, including any applicable taxes, is shown to you on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm payment. We do not currently offer free trials.
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited ("Stripe"). When you click a subscription button you are redirected to Stripe Checkout, where you provide your payment details directly to Stripe. We do not receive, see, or store your full card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment data; Stripe is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1 and is responsible for the secure processing of your payment. Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) may be required by your bank.
By initiating payment you also agree to Stripe's terms (stripe.com/legal/consumer) and privacy notice (stripe.com/privacy).
Weekly, Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price using the payment method you provided at Stripe, until you cancel. The Weekend Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Each renewal is charged in advance and grants access for the corresponding upcoming period.
You may cancel a subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by visiting Account → Subscriptions while logged in, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation:
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, consumers in the European Union and the European Economic Area normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for services without giving any reason.
However, this right does not apply once performance of the service has fully started, where you have:
Before completing checkout you are required to tick a confirmation that:
"I expressly request that you start providing the subscription content immediately, and I acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once provision begins."
If you do not consent, do not subscribe. We retain a record (timestamp, IP address, plan) of your consent as evidence.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory laws grant you a non-waivable refund right that overrides the above, those rights are unaffected.
Because subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content and you expressly waive your withdrawal right at checkout (see Section 11):

Refund requests must be sent within 30 days of the charge to office@tipstrike.com.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry over a short period. If all retries fail, the subscription is marked past-due and premium access is revoked. You can update your payment method at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any change to the price applicable to your existing subscription will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to the new price you may cancel before that renewal at no additional cost.
Listed prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax. The correct tax for your billing location is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax and added to the total displayed at checkout. The invoice issued by Stripe contains the tax breakdown.
TipStrike.com may include affiliate links to third-party betting operators. If you click and make a purchase or place a bet, we may earn a commission. We only promote operators legally licensed in their respective jurisdictions.
We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or practices of any third-party websites linked from TipStrike.com.
All content on TipStrike.com (including text, graphics, logos, icons, predictions, statistical models, and data) is the property of TipStrike.com and protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute content without written permission.
Our website may use geolocation technology to tailor content and display licensed betting offers relevant to your location. TipStrike.com does not promote unlicensed operators.
We strive to keep the website online and updated, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (e.g. Stripe, hosting, data providers), and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice; material changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated by email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipStrike.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including losses from betting decisions, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability towards you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Article 6 of EU Regulation 593/2008 / Rome I).

We are not obliged to and do not commit in advance to participate in any specific alternative dispute resolution scheme, but we will respond to legitimate complaints in good faith.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email and posted on this page. Continued use of the site or of an active subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
